TCIA’s Winter Management Conference ’25

TCIA’s annual Winter Management Conference (WMC) is a unique platform for senior-level tree care executives who want to foster connections with industry peers, explore innovative solutions for their businesses, and have some fun!

This premier business event offers an opportunity for professionals to delve into cutting-edge insights, stay informed about market trends, and engage with world-class speakers to stay ahead of the curve.

WMC is also home to two important events – the TCIAF Robert Felix Memorial Golf Tournament plus an auction and dinner hosted by the TCIA Foundation. The proceeds from this event will raise money for the Arborist Safety Training Institute, which funds affordable and quality safety training for working arborists.

Attendees are also invited to social and recreational activities, such as evening dinner cruises, fishing excursions, and whatever unique local experiences the destination offers. Past conference locations have included idyllic destinations such as Hawaii, Aruba, and Barbados.
