Writing an effective email can take an average of 15 minutes each and can drain you of your time and energy. 15 minutes times 5 emails is well over an hour out of your day! I’ll bet you can think of a dozen other things your time would be better spent on.

If you’re anything like me, you might be saying very similar things in your emails to different people. Why type those things over and over? Well now you don’t have to. I’ve developed a series of email templates and customized them just for you!

The following email templates can be copied then pasted into your standard email client, into a Salesforce message or added as a Signature in Outlook for easy access later.  They’re easy to edit. Just remove any word or words in [brackets] and replace with your name, product or other info. Add a couple more comments based on the conversation you had with the customer and drop your signature into the bottom. And just like that, you’ve got 20, pre-written email templates that you don’t have to sit down and think up.

Using these templates can knock that 15 minutes per email down to 5 minutes or less and save your brain from being drained in the process. That makes more time for selling!

The New Morbark BVR Chipper Line

Hi [First Name],

I’m [your name] from [YOUR DEALER NAME HERE] here in _____ and I wanted to make sure you saw the news about Morbark’s incredible new line of chippers. At first glance, it might look like any other chipper but when you take a closer look, you’ll see it’s been completely re-designed centered around new features driven by customer feedback and requests.

Here are just four of the dozen or more upgrades Morbark has made:

  • Morbark ZeroClutch – or Centrifugal clutch with integrated drum-speed sensor across all models. Customers will now simply start their chipper, throttle the machine to full RPM and engage the feed control bar. This removes the anxiety of engaging the chipper drum, damaged drive belts, and NO MORE BURNED OUT CLUTCH DISCS!
  • Reverse-style pivot assembly which contours the radius of the drum, reducing dead space between the feed wheel and the drum. This gives the machine a mechanical advantage for increased down pressure, providing optimal chipping results when working with challenging materials.
  • Side-loading and adjustable anvil. Quickly and easily adjust the anvil after a knife change or sharpen without having to climb under the machine.
  • Control panel moved to the infeed which means the operator can now keep their eyes on the work making each job safer and allowing for more productivity.
