Sales Training:

This Sales Training is ideal for new dealer Sales Representatives and Territory Managers. Attendees will receive a full day of classroom training to review the history of Morbark, overviews of our equipment models, features & benefits, selling features, competitive analysis, breakdown of customers and where to find opportunities, how to convert competitive owners, and navigating our Dealer Intranet & Ecommerce site to locate information. The second day will include a tour of the factory, equipment demo and start-up procedures, governmental sales, and an opportunity to ask any questions. Parts Training:

This Parts Training will cover topics such as the part number and meaning, piece and assembled parts, stock orders versus common orders, expediting parts, equipment models, competitive wear parts, how to sell against competitor parts and more. Parts Technicians will have an opportunity to tour the factory, participate in a demo, and will also have some time to sit with our Parts Department to see first-hand how the process works, common questions asked, where to find information and more. Service Training:

In this Service Training, you will have an opportunity for both classroom and hands-on learning with a plant tour & in-person machine demo (the demo will only take place if time permits). Topics in the Training as an example will include safety, model history, axels, tracks, wear parts, knives & knife maintenance, anvils & adjustments, bearings installation, electrical, and greasing intervals, B-Lock series installation, clutches, electrical, hydraulics, and more. Our training room is equipped with the ability to bring machines in for walkarounds, and there is a prop area where attendees can practice working on taking apart and putting together different parts in conjunction with the classroom training.
