This Training is ideal for Dealer Parts Personnel and Parts Managers. We’ll cover topics such as the part number and meaning, piece and assembled parts, stock orders versus common orders, expediting parts, equipment models, competitive wear parts, how to sell against competitor parts and more. Parts Technicians will have an opportunity to tour the factory, participate in a demo, and will also have some time to sit with our Parts Department to see first-hand how the process works, common questions asked, where to find information and more. There is no charge for NEW Dealer Parts training during the onboarding process.
