I often get calls about older model Morbark chippers with the question, “What’s the current model equivalent?” Often enough, in fact, that I have a well-worn printout on my desk with a complete model history to use as reference. This file is part of my dealership sales rep onboarding but I thought it could be useful to have posted here as well.
How to use this listing: Scroll down and find your chipper’s model. For example, you might have a Cyclone 8. That would mean your closest Morbark match would be the EB 812. That model has been discontinued but we have a TW Series option instead. Another example, you might have an EB1415. When you scroll down and find the EB 1415, you’ll see that the current Morbark model would be the BVR 13.
